On 24 June 2026, Shanghai Seer Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“SEER TECH” (stock code: 06106.HK) , a technology company listed under Chapter 18C of the Hong Kong Listing Rules as a Specialist Technology Company, successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) and was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, becoming the “first robot brain stock”. SEER TECH priced its global offering at HKD 101.6 per share, raising total proceeds of over HKD 1 billion.
SEER TECH is an intelligent robotics company with robot control systems, often described as “robot brains”, at the core of its research and development. Leveraging its self-developed SRC series controllers, the company enables the autonomous operation of intelligent robot bodies through a layered technology architecture that integrates vision-language-action (VLA), reinforcement learning, end-to-end navigation, and simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM). Its controllers are compatible with more than 400 types of components, allowing customers to flexibly build their own robots in a modular, building-block-like manner and providing truly one-stop intelligent robotics solutions. In 2025, SEER TECH ranked first globally and in China by sales volume of robot controllers, establishing a leading position in the market.
