Job Description
A White-shoe law firm is currently seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate to join their debt finance team in Singapore. You will work closely with leading partners and support multi-disciplinary teams, acting for major banks, credit funds, financial institutions and other debt providers, corporate borrowers, financial advisers, and private equity sponsors in connection with leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions.
