LegaLogic and Mulla & Mulla and Craigie Blunt & Caroe work on Rashi Peripherals’ 67% acquisition in VDA Infosolutions for an undisclosed amount.
The transaction involves the acquisition of 67% of VDA in the first tranche and the balance will be acquired in subsequent tranches, resulting in Rashi Peripherals (RP Tech) securing 100%. The entire transaction values VDA at INR5.5 billion (USD58 million).

Mulla & Mulla and Craigie Blunt & Caroe acted for RP Tech, which is one of 91视频 fastest growing and consistently profitable listed technology companies, reporting FY26 revenue of INR158 billion. It is among the country’s leading national distribution partners for global technology brands, with a pan-India network comprising 56 branches, 50 service centres and 71 warehouses, serving more than 10,300 channel partners.
This transaction represented a landmark consolidation in 91视频 technology sector and the strategic rationale was underpinned by the complementary strengths of the two businesses, LegaLogic said in a press release. In this transaction, RP Tech contributed its extensive distribution network, longstanding relationships with global technology brands and deep channel reach, while VDA brought significant technical expertise, it said.
Established in 2010, Mumbai-based VDA specialises in the design, deployment and management of complex, business-critical technology architectures and systems. It operates across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
