Job Description
An international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 3-5 PQE in financial markets regulatory compliance for the corporate team of their Singapore office. You will handle listings, IPOs, and other corporate matters in Singapore including PE, VC, funds, REITs, and business trusts transactions.
Job Requirements
- To be considered, you must have at least 3 years of relevant corporate experience.
