Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, the Singapore arm of the global law firm, and Gibson Dunn advised on regulatory technology company Diginex’s USD1.5 billion acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies, an AI-driven customer intelligence solutions enterprise.
Gibson Dunn counselled Diginex, representing the company in signing a definitive share purchase agreement for Resulticks Global. New York-based partners Robert Giannattasio and Christopher Lang, along with Fang Xue, the partner in charge of the Singapore office, led the team.
Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow acted as lead counsel to Resulticks Global on all aspects of the transaction, with Singapore M&A principals Shirin Tang and Ting Xiao Hui, and senior associate Ong Liang Jun leading the team.
The firm’s US M&A partners Piotr Korzynski and Derek Liu, alongside capital markets partners Per Chilstrom and Michael Pilo, advised on all US aspects of the transaction.
Under the deal, Diginex will acquire Resulticks Global via an all-share transaction.
