Singapore-based boutique law firm Braddell Brothers onboards Venetia Tan as a partner, expanding its international arbitration practice.
Tan joins from CNPLaw, where she spent 13 years as a partner, and before that, she worked at Rajah & Tann Asia for two years.
“Venetia’s appointment underscores the plan to deepen our specialised disputes offering – by attracting accomplished practitioners who combine courtroom acumen with fluency in international arbitration and a keen understanding of cross-cultural nuances,” Braddell Brothers managing partner Edmund Kronenburg told Asia Business Law Journal.
Armed with more than 15 years of experience, Tan focuses on cross-border disputes, international arbitration and complex commercial litigation involving multinational corporations, financial institutions and state-aligned entities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Her expertise further extends to high-value commercial contracts in the energy, hospitality, international trade, communication and transport sectors.
