Eversheds has appointed a new management team in Asia as part of the firm’s restructuring of operations in the region.
The team comprises partners Stephen Kitts, Stephen Mok, Ivan Ng and Fung King-tak. Kitts, who recently moved to the region from the UK, was appointed the firm’s Asia managing partner. He specialises in M&A, disposals and private equity, and has been with Eversheds for more than 20 years.
Mok was appointed Asia head of corporate. He has experience in capital markets and M&A, in particular in securities offerings and listings, public takeovers and private M&A. Ng is the new Asia head of litigation and dispute management, specialising in contractual claims, banking litigation, insolvency and commercial fraud.
