Grandall adds asset management and finance partners

Grandall Law Firm has recruited Xie Zhensheng and Cui Bo as equity partners at its Guangzhou and 齿颈’补苍 offices, respectively, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in financial and commercial matters, corporate compliance and dispute resolution.

Xie has more than 10 years of experience and before joining Grandall, he spent three years as a partner at the Guangzhou office of Tahota Law Firm. Earlier in his career, he practised at Kunlun Law Firm in Guangdong province.

His practice focuses on government and state-owned assets matters, corporate compliance, M&A, real estate and construction, human resources management and civil and commercial dispute resolution.

He advised a range of government agencies, public institutions, large state-owned enterprises and listed companies, including the Guangdong Provincial Government Offices Administration Bureau, the Guangdong Provincial Forestry Bureau, China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corporation, Guangdong Rising Holdings and Guangdong Energy Group.

Cui joined from DeHeng Law Offices, where he was an equity partner based in 齿颈’补苍. Before entering private practice, he served as deputy director of the Hantang Notary Public Office in 齿颈’补苍, Shaanxi province.

He focuses on financial law, advising listed and unlisted financial institutions, local government financing vehicles and non-bank financial institutions in Shaanxi on both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as on non-performing debt recovery and disposal. He also has extensive experience in bankruptcy restructuring and compulsory liquidation, having acted as administrator in various insolvency cases.
