Jia Yuan Law Offices has expanded its capital markets practice by adding a 10-member team from A&O Shearman, led by senior partner Wanda Woo.
Woo brings a wealth of experience in capital markets, specialising in IPOs, share placements, rights offerings, bond offerings, and regulatory compliance.
Before the merger of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling, she was the sole partner overseeing Shearman’s capital markets practice in Hong Kong and previously served as a partner at Wilson Sonsini.
Additionally, this month, Jia Yuan announced the arrival of two more partners, Daisy Qi and Wang Tiantian, who have expertise in foreign firms and affiliations.
