Bithika Anand, founder, chairman and managing director of Legal League Consulting, is the first legal entrepreneurship industry member to receive the We Women Want Shakti Award.
Rekha Gupta, chief minister of Delhi, presented the 2026 award to Anand at an event at the Imperial Hotel in New Delhi.
Anand told India Business Law Journal, “While every award is an honour, this one feels particularly meaningful because it recognises a journey that has involved not just professional milestones, but years of learning, building, taking chances, overcoming challenges and continuing to believe in what I wanted to create.”
Anand accepted the award on behalf of two initiatives, Legal League Consulting and Aatman Samarpan.
While Anand’s achievements have won her accolades, her recent achievements include advising on the formation of MNM Partners, a first-of-its-kind strategic alliance in the Indian legal sector, and on the merger of ARCAS Law with TAS Law as well as related partnership structuring.
She is also the founder of Aatman Samarpan, a holistic wellness initiative for lawyers, and has spoken at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association Annual Conference. Forbes 91视频 Legal Powerlist has recognised Anand as a Top Law Firm Management Professional and the Economic Times has honoured her as an Inspiring Woman Leader for her contribution to the legal sector.
