Bapsy Dastur has joined DSK Legal UAE as a partner at the firm’s Abu Dhabi office, bringing more than two decades of C-suite and board-level experience advising multinational corporations, family-owned businesses and governing bodies.
With experience spanning complex multi-jurisdictional environments, her practice focuses on corporate governance, cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory strategy, and enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, with expertise in governance transformation, shareholder alignment and succession planning.
She has played a leading role in designing and implementing corporate and family ownership structures, family constitutions and governance frameworks that support long-term value creation and intergenerational wealth preservation.
Before joining DSK Legal UAE, Dastur held senior leadership positions as general counsel and chief legal officer within global and family-owned conglomerates spanning the energy, oil and gas, maritime and logistics, infrastructure, financial services, hospitality, retail and technology sectors.
She has advised on high-value cross-border transactions, led complex organisational transformation projects, and established governance and risk management frameworks across large-scale businesses.
